I'm interested, but don't know how to get started. What's the first step?

No need to worry, the first step is very simple. You can either call, text, or email me to set up a free consultation. During that time, we will get to know each other, discuss what you're hoping to accomplish, and see if we're a good fit. If we are, we would then schedule our first appointment. If I feel that I am not the best person to help, I would explain why and provide resources.

What are the benefits of online services?

Individuals who have hectic schedules, travel often, or experience other barriers to making it into an office for services can benefit from the flexibility of online services. Even without barriers, accessing services from the comfort of your own home is more convenient. Just log onto your device and let's connect!

How long are your appointments?

Appointments generally last 45 minutes; however, the duration will depend on your needs. For instance, some clients request 30 minute check-ins, while others need more time to process. This is something that will be discussed before scheduling your appointment. 

What is your availability?

I currently have morning and afternoon slots available and limited evening and weekend appointments as well.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, I do not accept insurance.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

If you need to change your appointment, please provide at least 24 hour notice and I will try to offer you an alternative time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or that are missed, are charged at the full rate. Please note that this policy applies to all services.

Do you provide services in other languages?

Yes. Therapy, coaching, and supervision are offered in Spanish as well.
